This Project was commissioned by property developers. When it came to selling the property, it was decided that the place should be furnished in order to sell not just a flat, but also a ‘lifestyle’- a theory which is proven to increase the market value of a place. The flat did sell quickly and the buyer bought it with all furnishings included.
